Loop Earplugs is a fast-paced, hyper-growth scale-up. To put that into perspective, we won Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 award two years in a row, having increased our revenue by 11164% over just four years. To support this growth, we also tripled our headcount. Naturally, this kind of scale-up brings a constantly evolving environment—shifting teams, changing processes, and new ways of working.

I had the opportunity to join Loop right at the onset of this hyper-growth phase in 2023. This gave me a front-row seat to both the wins and the challenges that come with rapid scaling. Along the way, I built a well-equipped toolkit—from deep technical execution to stakeholder management, process development, and the flexibility needed to thrive in a dynamic setting.
