Leading product design engineering on flagship product
One of the main focus points in this program was stakeholder management. Since Quiet 2 was intended to replace the current flagship product, everything had to be perfect. This led to requirements being set by executives without proper consultation with engineering. As a result, extensive stakeholder management was needed to align expectations—particularly around some acoustic requirements that were not feasible given the timelines, current suppliers, and available material research.

Design is one of the core pillars at Loop, which meant extensive on-site inspections and close supplier management were essential. This ensured that suppliers fully understood the high visual standards and the critical importance of clean part lines.
Quiet 2 and Quiet 2 plus become a successful successor of the flagship product, selling over 2 million products in one year.
