For the PL8® by Scarab Sport, I did the mechanical design of their proof of concept, which was used for many tests at soccer clubs (KAA Gent, OH Leuven, …). I was also involved in the research of the production techniques for mass production of the PL8®.
‘The PL8®’, is the most advanced interactive rebound board that takes testing & training of football players to the next level. The AI solution contains LEDs and sensors to interact with football players. Thanks to the smart hardware device, training sessions can combine the technical and cognitive aspects of football.
